Cancellation & Modification Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch (typically within 12-24 hours of placement). Once a package is handed over to our courier partner with an active AWB, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit and must follow our standard 7-day return procedure upon delivery.

To cancel an order before dispatch, please email support@sumclothico.com or message our stylists on WhatsApp (+91 9329587707) with your Order Reference (e.g. SUM-98214).

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, 100% of the transaction amount is instantly reversed and credited to your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
